There is no doubt I’ve been struggling for the last couple of months. My main struggle being my job. Being in an environment where you get constantly screamed at, sworn at, all of your hard work overlooked, where scare tactics are used to make you stay back, work when you are sick, and to sacrifice your personal time for free has slowly but surely turned me into a sad bitter person. When i walked in the door a year and a half ago i was a bubbly lovely person who smiled from ear to ear every day. I had just had great success with the Michelle Bridges #12wbt and i had also left a horrible partner. Here in the present, i have stacked on 20kg, am restricted with what exercise i can do from a fall at work (which i was treated like shit over) have more bad days then good, considered ending it all on multiple occasions, and have constant anxiety and panic attacks. Nothing, no amount of money is worth your mental health or happiness. Big changes are coming but it will all be worth it :) #ruok? #lifeline #positivechanges
